The payment did go through eventually, but the whole thing was more confusing than it needed to be. The page was loading slowly, and at first I couldn’t tell if my payment had worked or if I needed to try again. They make it sound like everything will be quick and straightforward, but that’s a vague promise when you’re just sitting there waiting with no clear update. I got the confirmation after a few minutes, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the experience could definitely be smoother

I did get my refund in the end, but it took a couple of emails and a bit of waiting to get there. Maybe they were just backed up or something, but it felt like I had to nudge them more than I should have. Not a terrible experience overall, just not as smooth as I’d hoped

I ordered from beandcare.com i was glad to see everything showed up exactly the way I picked it. No missing stuff, no random mix-ups, and the sizes were right, which is really all I care about when I’m ordering online. It was simple, easy, and worked out well for me.

I was a little worried at first because it took a few emails to get things moving, and I really didn’t want to end up losing time or being stuck with an issue unresolved. Support was slower than I hoped, but they did eventually help and get it sorted out

I went in hoping to grab a few basic things, but most of what I needed wasn’t available. I get that stock issues happen, but it would be nice if shelves were kept a little better stocked so people can actually get the essentials they came for.

The site was straightforward to get around. Pages loaded fine for me, and I found what I needed without too much trouble. I guess some of the info could be clearer in a few spots, well, not confusing exactly, just a little more detailed would help. Overall though, it was a good experience

I ordered from Be and Care and the checkout did go through in the end, but it felt a bit clunky. A couple of pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to type my address in again for some reason?? Annoying. The payment went through without any issues, and I got the confirmation email a few minutes later, so it wasn’t a disaster. Just not the smoothest checkout experience I’ve had.

I ordered from beandcare.com and, i was already checking the tracking way too often because I’m not the most patient when it comes to deliveries. To my surprise, the tracking came through quickly and the package got here earlier than I expected.
Everything was packed properly too, no issues there. The big thing for me was how fast it arrived, and they definitely did well on that. I’d order from them again

"Really good quality and worth it"
I ordered from Be and Care and was genuinely impressed when it arrived. The quality feels really solid, not cheap or flimsy at all, and it looked exactly like what I was hoping for.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and everything has been great so far. It definitely feels like they put care into what they sell, which makes me feel confident ordering from them again...

"Decent experience, but communication could be more responsible"
I ordered a couple of items and, to be fair, they did show up in the end. The main issue was that shipping took longer than I expected, and the updates were slow. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s going on, but I think it’s only right to keep customers informed without making them chase things down themselves.
The products themselves were fine for the price, not amazing, but not disappointing either. Customer support did get back to me, though it wasn’t especially quick. I might order again if I’m not in a rush, but I do think better communication would make the whole experience feel more honest and respectful

"Good products, subscription could be smoother"
I do like the products, and that’s mostly why I’m sticking with it, but the subscription side of things was a little more annoying than I expected. I just wanted to pause it or move my delivery date, nothing major, but I ended up clicking around way more than I thought I’d need to. It wasn’t impossible or anything, and I did eventually get it sorted, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience exactly. Just kind of clunky. If the account page were a bit cleaner and easier to figure out, it would make the whole thing feel a lot better.

"Easy return, just took a little patience"
I ordered from Be and Care and ended up needing to return one item because it just wasn’t quite right for me. the return process felt straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t feel stuck or like I had to keep bothering customer service.
The only downside was the refund update taking a few days longer than I expected, which made the experience feel a bit slower than it should’ve been. Still, nothing went wrong in the end, so I’d say it was a decent return experience overall.
